    The parents of patient 19 (right) both tested negative for the mutation on blood sequencing; however, chorionic villus sampling of their second pregnancy showed that the fetus carried the same mutation, so one of the parents is assumed to have low-level (likely gonadal) mosaicism. “m” = deletion/truncation mutation affecting MBD5; “m0.x” = mosaic with x% of cells having deletion; “+” = wild type. Central black circle indicates mosaic carrier; central question mark indicates possible mosaic carrier.
